We are not liable for order fulfillment and order fulfillment delays. All order fulfillment times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by order fulfillment carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

What to Expect: sale Conditions at a Glance

As a service standard, prices and settlement are in USD, while sales tax is added whenever governing law requires collection. Standard U.S. order fulfillment costs the buyer nothing; handling is normally 1-2 business days and carrier travel is estimated at 4-6 business days. Cancellation can be requested until dispatch. The Refund Policy applies afterward and provides a 30-day preference-return or exchange route.
